CezanneAO is for architects and engineering firms providing design and supervision services who bid for public contracts in France: design competitions, simplified procedures, open or restricted tenders.
The tool is not designed for construction contractors.
CezanneAO is an online tender copilot. It gathers architecture and engineering tenders, scores them against your firm's profile and analyses the tender documents to help you decide GO or NO-GO quickly.
You use it on your own: online sign-up, instant access, no prior meeting needed.
Tenders are aggregated from public procurement publication sources, including the BOAMP (France's official public procurement bulletin) and TED (Tenders Electronic Daily, the EU's official journal for contracts above the European thresholds).
Yes. The service is open and usable today, and it keeps evolving. Some features and volumes may still be adjusted.

How to get started and use CezanneAO day to day
Create your account online with an email address and a password. The Free plan is available immediately, with no credit card.
Then fill in your firm's profile (types of commissions, regions, target contract values, references): this is what the tenders' compatibility score is calculated from.
Every tender gets a score that measures how well it fits your firm's profile. It lets you spot the tenders worth your attention at a glance.
The Free plan shows a preview of this score. The Pro and Cabinet plans give access to detailed scoring and the GO / NO-GO recommendation.
CezanneAO reads a tender's documents (the "DCE" in France) and extracts the essentials: documents to provide, award criteria, deadlines, red flags, then suggests a GO / NO-GO recommendation.
One analysis equals one tender analysed. The Pro plan includes 30 analyses per month, the Cabinet plan 100. The quota resets on the 1st of each month.
Analyses are generated automatically using artificial intelligence tools. They save a lot of time when sorting tenders, but they remain a decision aid: always check the official tender documents before submitting a bid.
Yes, with the Cabinet plan: up to 5 users, a team pipeline to track tenders together and each tender assigned to a member of the firm.
The Free and Pro plans are designed for 1 user.

Plans, payment and cancellation

Yes. It requires no credit card and has no time limit. You only move to Pro or Cabinet if you need to.
No. Pro and Cabinet subscriptions are monthly with no commitment. You can change plans or cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month, already paid.
Payment is made online by card, securely via Stripe. The subscription is activated as soon as payment is confirmed, then charged monthly. An invoice is issued for each payment.
No, all prices are shown excluding VAT. 20% VAT is added when invoicing customers in France.
No. Nobody can guarantee the award of a public contract: the decision belongs to the contracting authority and depends on many factors (price, jury, competition).

How we process and protect your firm's information
We only collect the data needed for the service to work properly:
Your account data (firm profile, tracked tenders, documents) is hosted in Europe, on Firebase / Google Cloud, region europe-west1 (Belgium). The site's public pages are hosted by Infomaniak (Switzerland).
Some processing relies on providers located outside the European Union:
Tender and tender document analysis is performed by Mistral AI (France). Transfers outside the European Union are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (European Commission standard contractual clauses and/or certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).
